Flair Writing Industries is strengthening its stainless steel bottle business with a major manufacturing expansion through its subsidiary, Flair Cyrosil Industries Private Limited (FCIPL).The company has placed an order for a fourth advanced production line, which is expected to become operational by Q4 FY27. Once commissioned, the new line is projected to increase stainless steel bottle manufacturing capacity by approximately 35%.
The expansion comes as Flair looks to meet growing domestic and export demand for reusable and sustainable steel bottles. The new manufacturing line will incorporate higher automation, improved quality control and greater production efficiency, while also allowing the company to expand its range of value-added products.
Flair currently operates three stainless steel bottle production lines. The latest investment is part of its strategy to scale the houseware and steel bottle segments, which are becoming increasingly important contributors to the company’s overall business. The move also highlights growing opportunities in India’s stainless steel houseware and reusable bottle market as manufacturers invest in automated capacity to capture rising consumer demand.
