Upon successful registration or initial login, You will be able to transact and procure Products and Services subject to these Terms. Any unauthorised reproduction, modification, distribution, or commercial exploitation of Platform content or software is prohibited. Violation will result in immediate license revocation.
These Terms complement our Privacy Policy available on our Platform. Information shared with Us shall be processed confidentially and in accordance with applicable data protection laws. If You disagree with the Privacy Policy, You must discontinue Platform use immediately.
All intellectual property rights related to content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, design, photographs, software, data compilations, and digital downloads, remain exclusively with SteelBazaar or respective third-party licensors and suppliers. You must not copy, extract, reverse-engineer, republish, or create derivative works from such content without explicit prior written approval from Us.
SteelBazaar domain names, trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed are the exclusive property of SteelBazaar and must not be used in ways causing confusion or discredit without explicit written consent.
If You believe Your intellectual property rights have been infringed, promptly contact Our legal team by email at the address listed on Our Platform, providing detailed evidence and identification of the allegedly infringing content. Appropriate actions will be undertaken upon verification.
Occasionally, we may conduct software updates on Our Platform to enhance its functionality. These updates may occur without prior notice and could involve automatic or manual updates.
We strive for accuracy in listed prices; however, typographical or system errors may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to rectify and quote accurate prices without any liability.
Invoices will be issued upon delivery, clearly detailing quantities, prices, taxes (including GST), payment terms, and interest charges (where applicable). You agree to fulfil invoice payment obligations on time and fully comply with applicable GST and Income Tax regulations. You will indemnify us against losses resulting from your non-compliance.
Payments may be made via RTGS, NEFT, NACH, IMPS, Account Payee Cheques, Demand Drafts, or debit/credit cards through designated banks. Responsibility for secured payment transactions and the accuracy of details lies entirely with You. Assistance for obtaining third-party financing options is available upon request; however, obligations towards third-party financing institutions remain exclusively Yours
Returns for incorrect or transit-damaged Products must be notified within one day of delivery. After verification, a replacement will be arranged. Products must be returned in original condition and packaging, including the original documents. Manufacturing defects discovered post-delivery will be eligible for free replacements following inspection.
Refunds are permitted upon approval and will be credited via original payment channels. Refunds related to third-party financing will be credited directly to the financier.
Acceptance of delivery is mandatory for all ordered Products. Refusal or non-acceptance will result in additional charges borne by You. All deliveries must be acknowledged with appropriate documentation upon receipt.
Products are warranted free from manufacturing defects for standard periods under normal handling, storage, and usage conditions. If defects are notified during warranty periods, they will be repaired or replaced in accordance with warranty terms.
We reserve the right to recall any Product pursuant to manufacturer directives or governmental regulations. You must fully cooperate with recall actions as necessary.
Ordered Product quantities may be subject to industry-standard tolerances and accepted variations. Such deviations will be clearly communicated.
Your interaction with the Platform constitutes your consent to electronic communications via emails, SMS, phone calls, or other methods we deem suitable. You may unsubscribe from promotional communications by informing our customer service team.
We provide real-time tracking for orders, including dispatch details, delivery progress, and transporter information, ensuring transparency throughout the supply chain.
Our goal is continuous and error-free Platform availability; however, temporary interruptions for maintenance, updates, or technical issues may occur without prior notice.
You represent that you possess valid business licenses, GST registrations, requisite permissions, and compliance with applicable laws. You confirm that you are not subject to any restrictive sanctions or lists. You agree to assess Platform risks prudently and responsibly.

You agree to indemnify SteelBazaar, its affiliates, employees, agents, and licensors from liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from Your breach of Terms, unlawful conduct, or misuse of the Platform.
Our liability for claims arising from Platform use is strictly limited to the actual amount paid or payable for the concerned Product. Under no circumstances shall we be liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, punitive, or exemplary damages.
We are not liable for disruptions or delays caused by unforeseen circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including, but not limited to, natural disasters, governmental actions, civil unrest, wars, pandemics, or other force majeure events.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Your Platform access immediately upon violation of the Terms, with or without prior notice.
If you have a grievance or complaint, you may contact the designated grievance officer using the contact details provided on the Platform grievance or support@steelbazaar.com. After a thorough investigation, complaints will be acknowledged within 48 hours and addressed within 30 days. Any abusive or false grievance may lead to appropriate legal action.
Feedback regarding Platform services and experiences is welcome through customer service contacts provided on the Platform.
We may periodically amend these Terms without prior notice. Regularly review updated Terms posted on the Platform. Continued usage of the Platform constitutes Your acceptance of revised Terms.
All communications with Us will remain confidential. Calls may be recorded for training and quality assurance purposes.
These Terms are governed exclusively by Indian law, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India.
