Tulsyan Chrome HCRM Fe 500D TMT rebars are high corrosion resistant, thermo-mechanically treated reinforcement bars engineered to offer superior strength, ductility and long-term durability in RCC structures. The 36 mm bar size provides excellent bond with concrete and optimised steel consumption, making it suitable for critical structural elements in residential, commercial and infrastructure projects.Produced from specially designed chrome-enriched steel and processed through a controlled quenching and self-tempering route, these bars develop a tough tempered martensitic rim with a ductile ferrite–pearlite core. This microstructure, combined with low levels of harmful impurities, delivers enhanced resistance to rust, fatigue and seismic loading compared to conventional rebars.
